Current Faults
17/01/25 09:00 - Horsham - We are aware of an intermittent connectivity issue affecting Horsham at present. An engineer is on the way to investigate.
17/01/25 09:50 - Horsham - We have potentially identified the source of the issue as a faulty connection at our London datacentre. Further assistance is also being deployed to that location to run additional diagnostics and confirm.
17/01/25 10:39 - Horsham - While the connection appears to have stabilised, we are still seeing the an issue on the line and there is a need to perform further testing. Unfortunately, the testing may result in a short period of downtime, so we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause..
